Service Description
This class will utilize your feminine power to build confidence and intimacy in dance! Dance heels are strongly encouraged, and the use of knee pads may be required in some classes. Heels are optional for beginners looking to focus on movement without the added pressure, or just for preference. This type of dance is not just about the shoe, but a way of moving that embodies courage, control, balance, texture and lines- all through body positive and empowering movement.
